This is a new MackBeth Whistle, #6, a telescoping brass high D model with brass head and yellow plastic fipple plug. When collapsed it measures less tha 6 inches long. The whistle is tunable by adjusting the position of the top section.
This whistle is on the louder side and would work well in sessions, with a clear tone. The best C natural fingering is OXXXOX followed by OXXOOO as a second choice.
